Office Life

We do everything we can to ensure that Mode is a comfortable, productive place. Team members design their own workstations, from picking a computer to making ergonomic requests. We offer snacks, lots of breakout and meeting spaces, and dedicated quiet areas to make sure there are places for every working-style. Our office is conveniently located in the Design District, walking distance from BART.

Benefits

Mode offers excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance. We cover 100% of most plan premiums for employees and dependents. We also offer lots of snacks and cater lunch every day (but don't provide dinner because we expect that people will be out of the office by that time). Professional Development

We are committed to helping everyone at Mode achieve their professional goals. We also strive to provide resources in the office including ongoing leadership training, a library of books and articles on our industry and speakers on topics of interest to our team.
